"Cyborg Dreams" is a good original composition in MOD format.  It features great samples, and its mechanical phrases help create its robotic feel.

Author's Note:  Really, the significance of this song lies in the storyline it holds.  A cyborg, programmed for "domination" and destruction, falls asleep, and as he sleeps, his unconscious mind gains freedom from the computerized parts that control him while he is awake.  Flowing thoughts, about beauty and life, give him pleasant dreams, though there is the constant backdrop of the computer parts, struggling for control.  At last, as the computer parts "realize" what is happening, they INTENSIFY the strength of their messages-- attack, kill, dominate-- until the poor cyborg is forced from sleep, lost again in his pre-programmed daze.
